Hey Cannelle, how are you and what are you up to?
Salut, I’m really good, thanks. I just spent some days at home and just arrived in Panama. The rest of the year I’ll try to win the European Pro Junior title and the European title. And I’m of course trying to qualify fort he World Tour.

How do your friends call you?
Cannelle...

How was it to win the Under 18 World Junior Champs and a few weeks later the ISA World Champs?
An amazing feeling. It was my last year in the juniors, which makes it extra spezial. To back it up with a win in the Open category is just a dream come true.

Who or what inspires you?
My friends, my family and all the good people out there.

What are your goals in surfing?
I think I have a lot ahead of me. I just want to get better, do my very best and be amongst the world’s best surfers at some point.

You are living on La Reunion. Tell us a little bit about it.
It’s paradise... I don’t really want to live anywhere else. It is so laid back. But I also know that it would be good for me to spend some time in France. That’s where you kind of have to be if you want to make it.
